First frost reared its sparkly little head on the park this morning. Starting the countdown to next summer - dreading the dark nights, the cold, the rain and the enforced curfews! Have been out and bought an exercise bike in the vain hope I can be active despite the winter. Need a cracking incentive to keep it up - bored silly after just three half-hour goes! Never mind, this time in april I'll be svelte, sophisticated and no longer single..... I hope!
